DNA Drug Sensitivity Testing™ discovers one of the key factors in the different responses individual people have to the important and powerful prescription drugs they take. In addition to curing disease, many medicines can have bad side effects or don’t work for some people. They may also interact with other drugs a person is taking, including over-the-counter medicines and/or herbal preparations. The FDA describes the resulting deaths and hospitalizations as a “major public health problem, and the risks go up the more medicines, doctors, and pharmacists you use.

People taking multiple medications in many drug classes such as antidepressants and other mood alterers, pain, heart and antidiabetic medicines and specific medicines such as warfarin (Coumadin), tamoxifen (Nolvadex) will find DNA testing especially useful. All together approximately one-half of the most commonly described medicines are susceptible to being affected by an individuals DNA and one-half have inherited alterations to their DNA that can dramatically alter how rapidly they process these medicines.

What our clients say...

"I just wanted to call and tell you that my physician switched my medications based on my test results, and I cannot describe how much better I feel. You have made a believer out of me, my family, and my physician. I hope this testing becomes routine before anyone is placed on long term medication."
