How Do I Interpret Pharmacogenetic (Cytochrome) Test Results?
In addition to easy to read genetic test reports and accompanying drug-gene interaction tables, Genelex includes access to GeneMedRx with each test result. In addition to the genetic test results, all medications, herbals, and over-the-counters a patient is actively taking should be added to GeneMedRx. This analysis gives healthcare providers the tools to better understand the potential risks of a patient's medication regimen. If needed, healthcare providers can modify dosage or select alternate medications.
