A parentage test lasts a lifetime. In most cases paternity testing
profoundly affects our clients lives. We proudly accept
this responsibility because we have the best people,
experience and facilities available. Genelex started
in 1987 and DNA testing is our only business.
Here is a summary of our Responsibilities and Obligations to
you.
Perform the
most accurate DNA test humanly possible.
Our standards require us to perform as much testing
as needed to prove or disprove paternity in every case.
Fortunately, we have the broadest spectrum of DNA identity
tests available today. Our standards for accuracy and
certainty are inspected and accredited by the American
Association of Blood Banks Parentage Testing Committee.
Maintain Confidentiality.
Every clients address, phone number
and other personal information is held in confidence.
We send a report of paternity testing results to all
tested adults, but without express written order will
not release any personal information to the other parties.
And, of course, our DNA testing occurs and records are
stored in a verifiable, secure facility and unavailable
to unauthorized personnel.
Keep the client fully informed. Our DNA Testing Specialists are trained
to help you and explain our paternity services and procedures
in language you can understand. Our clients have taught
us that this is usually not an easy time for them, so
we'll track your case and keep you informed of your
progress every step of the way.
