Web Seminar:
Pharmacogenetics in the Practice of Medicine

The effect genetic variations have on specific medications is well documented for some drugs, and not well documented for others. In general, drugs with a very narrow effective dosing range have been researched, while drugs with a wide effective range have not.

Genelex currently offers DNA Drug Sensitivity Testing™ that test 2D6, 2C9, NAT2, 1A2 and 2C19 functionality. The downloadable drug list has many commonly prescribed drugs that are metabolized through these pathways in the Cytochrome P-450 system.

What our clients say...

"I just wanted to call and tell you that my physician switched my medications based on my test results, and I cannot describe how much better I feel. You have made a believer out of me, my family, and my physician. I hope this testing becomes routine before anyone is placed on long term medication."
